Mission Sunday Celebrated with Devotion at St Anthony Church, Naravi
Naravi, Oct 19: The World Mission Sunday was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at St Anthony Church, Naravi. The solemn Holy Mass was offered by the Parish Priest, V. Rev. Fr Jerome D’Souza, who prayed for all missionaries working across the world. Rev. Fr Rupesh Raveen Tauro concelebrated the Mass.
Following the Eucharistic celebration, a mission auction was held in the church premises. Parishioners participated wholeheartedly, bringing a variety of items for auction. The event featured an array of goods, with goats, rabbits, and cocks being the main attractions.
Adding colour to the celebration, the Women’s Commission members organized a food fest, offering a variety of homemade delicacies for sale. The event was marked by active participation, joy, and community spirit.
The Parish Priest, V. Rev.
