New Year Celebration at St. Antony Church, Naravi

On 31st December, the New Year celebration began at 6:30 PM with a Thanksgiving Adoration, offering gratitude to God for the blessings of 2025. The Adoration was conducted devotionally by Rev. Fr. Rupesh Tauro, who prayed earnestly for God’s blessings upon all in the coming year.

This was followed by the Holy Mass at 7:00 PM, celebrated by Rev. Fr. Joswin Pereira, along with Rev. Fr. Jacob Bonaventure, Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Jerome D’Souza, and Rev. Fr. Rupesh Tauro.

On the same day, the new Parish Pastoral Parishad was sworn in. The newly appointed Vice President, Mr. Sanjay Miranda, and Secretary, Mrs. Sumitha D’Souza, along with other members, took the oath in the presence of all.

The choir and liturgy were beautifully conducted by Sr. Smitha and the Marian Sodality group, adding devotion and grace to the celebration.

After the Mass, the I.C.Y.M. Naravi Unit organized a small programme, including Housie-Housie games. Winners received prizes, and malt and cake were distributed to all. The celebration concluded joyfully and gracefully, marking a blessed beginning to the New Year.
