St. Lawrence Ward Celebrates Feast at St. Antony Parish, Naravi

On Sunday, August 4th, 2024, St. Lawrence Ward of St. Antony Parish, Naravi, celebrated their ward feast in the church's mini hall. The program commenced with a prayer led by Reena and her team. Jasmin then welcomed everyone with a warm speech, extending greetings to Rev. Dr. Alwin Serrao (Principal), Mr. Sanjay Miranda (Vice President), Mr. Sunil D'Souza (Ayog Sanchalak), Mrs. Mable Fernandes (Small Christian Community), and Gerosa Convent sisters Sr. Supritha and Sr. Gracy, all of whom were honored by the ward Gurkar. Other ward Gurkars were also invited and warmly welcomed.

Church Vice President Mr. Sanjay Miranda addressed the gathering, followed by a few words from Rev. Fr. Alwin Serrao. During the event, Rev. Fr. Alwin honored two ward members, Alin Pinto and Shiny Minezes, for their achievements as exam toppers.

The celebration continued with games organized by Wenson Minezes, with prizes awarded to the winners. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Zeena Minezes. Lawrence Minezes served as the master of ceremonies for the entire program.

Approximately 60 people attended the event, enjoying light refreshments before departing happily.
